I refinanced my home (that was financed… I refinanced my home (that was financed by Huntington) to lower the interest rate. Even though I was already financed through them and had far more savings with them than the amount I was refinancing, it was as if they had no idea who I was. Everything began from scratch. The process took over 5 weeks from beginning to end. Now I receive much junk mail asking me to take out mortgage insurance and or apply for personal loans. I would not recommend Huntington Bank to anyone...

On two occasions at two different branches On two occasions at two different branches, one in West Milton, Ohio and the other in Perrysburg, Ohio. I have had exceptionally great customer service. My elderly mother's account was compromised with her writing a check to a scammer. I am still in the process of changing accounts, but have been so impressed with the kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the employees at these two branches. It has restored my faith in working with someone in person vs. over the phone or internet. Thank you Huntington for having exceptional branch employees. I am literally copying and pasting the… I am literally copying and pasting the review below mine. The exact same thing happened to me. Is this even legal? I deposited a check only to have said check held hostage, they wouldn't let me deposit it and they didn't return it. They basically stole my check!!! Do yourself a favor and not bank at Huntington!!!!

Kinda ridiculous Kinda ridiculous, no ATM'S anywhere except for one in the middle of nowhere, won't post a deposit till late morning, .takes forever for temporary holds to complete

Huntington is not a great bank It's not a great bank, these guys live in prehistoric times for a bank. I am sure the way they make a living is bank fees and nothing else. If you have to use it use it but if you can avoid go for a better institution. Everything around Huntington is complex, and they lie on demand. Their ATM's are the worst too because sometimes they can't read your checks you are trying to deposit or their touch screen is not working properly.
