Never bank with Huntington Customer service at the branch I used was beyond awful. I deposited a check only to have said check held hostage, they wouldn't let me deposit it and they didn't return it. They basically stole my check!!! Do yourself a favor and not bank at Huntington!!!!

Well my mother for the last 18 years… Well my mother for the last 18 years was getting her checks done for free at Huntington Bank. Because she has neuropathy in her hands, and it's hard to write. Now mind you they did about 8-12 checks a month. Now Huntington wants $7.00 a check. Nothing like ripping off a senior. But they keep taking away the conveniences that brought us to that Bank. So now we are looking for a credit union because rumor has it that big banks are a scam and a rip off. The more that I can take down the big ass companies the happier I am. We will unite to put you out of business. -uck big banks!!!! Stick with the little HONEST guy!!! You lose!!!!!

The transition was a undesirable The transition was a undesirable. Promises were made but not kept. Things such as auto pay set up yet not kept. The communication was not clear. When they made blunders, they refused to provide quality customer service. Not satisfied with them at all. Due to their blunder caused a 4-8mo. set back on a business plan. But what really takes the cake. The customer service representative had such a nonchalant or unconcerned disposition. 👎🏾

Huntington is not a great bank It's not a great bank, these guys live in prehistoric times for a bank. I am sure the way they make a living is bank fees and nothing else. If you have to use it use it but if you can avoid go for a better institution. Everything around Huntington is complex, and they lie on demand. Their ATM's are the worst too because sometimes they can't read your checks you are trying to deposit or their touch screen is not working properly.

I can't overstare how annoying this… I can't overstare how annoying this company is and how quick I'll be changing banks. The returning of funds when it goes over the amount I have is ridiculous. Charge me an overdraw fee but don't RETURN THE FUNDS SO NOW I OWE A PENALTY FOR THAT TOO!!!!!!
