GBSpammed with emails that are outdated… Spammed with emails that are outdated for what is required of the loan. Still getting emails to sign and upload documents although everything is completed. The employee who was assigned to my loan didnt read my emails or provide any help. Took 4 emails for him to get an address right. Started at the beggining of January. Still waiting for the loan, so its silly to ask for a review and ITS STILL NOT DONE. Had better customer service at a dollar general. I would've cancelled and gone with a different compnay except i didnt want another credit score check. Sucks im stuck here now.

Very unlike the previous lender that rhymes with Run DMC and is a soulless, vampiric, predator feasting on the hopes and dreams of young people trying to have a future.

(This is referencing the support team experience from inquiry to signing, not the rates or program at large) The application itself was thorough and self explanatory. Documents and statuses were easy to find and upload. I’ve financed loans with a few vendors and this was the first where I had a dedicated representative who supported my case with updates on my status, documents I needed, and nuances to be aware of. Stan, one of the Student Loan Advisors, was an absolute delight. He was active, attentive, and supportive and made the process so smooth with the underwriting team. They also were able to look at the rates of another loan I had and helped me refinance that one!
