I am new to this program but the customer service is by far phenomenal and they are true and honest to their word with helping you get back on your feet. They make it a smooth process and make sure you feel welcome and comfortorable. It is a lengthy process but worth it in the end.

She made me feel comfortable, heard and that what I was doing was the right thing where other companies I have spoken to seem to be just about the numbers and making the transaction happen.
