My credit card debt got way out of… My credit card debt got way out of control. We had a few months where our income was short. The interest rates and late fees got unbelievable. Thanks to NetDebt I am able to get them paid back at a lower monthly payment and at a reduced payoff amount. I would definitely recommend calling NetDebt.

NetDebth should be investigated for… NetDebth should be investigated for scamming people taking money charge for the service that they never provide,I get charged $636.00 and they never contacted one of my creditors for a year, my balance in my account should be $1,789.77 but they are sending me back $1,023.00 , the explanation....we get the charge fee,now I have a judgement against me and the court after my property, Attorney General please do something about it.and for people out there, please stay away from this people because you will end up paying twice your dept while they make money out you period.

Don't go with them opened the account to help pay off my debt because after I had my son I used some of my credit cards to pay his hospital bill, and it just stated accumulating more. I was given an amount that they would negotiate and that would be what I would pay, but as the time went on my bill kept getting higher and I ended up paying much more than what I originally owed. I ended up pulling out my biggest account and settling it on my own. Live and learn, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They don't help, they just add to the stress.

Jina Underwood I “inherited” a 50k debt when my Uncle died of Covid last year. For 3 months I communicated with Jina Underwood for the purpose of resolving this debt. There were many frustrations and bumps in the road in this process mostly due to externalities. There were times I wanted to scream at someone but it was difficult if not impossible to determine who was blameworthy. All during this process Jina was professional, courteous and most important honorable in the way she handled each problem that arose. There are many dubious debt resolution businesses out there I’m sure but I will have say based on my one experience that Net Debt is legitimate.

Deceiving Company The estimated time frame they’ll give you until your done with the program is way off from predictions. Then when you cancel your program , speak with two separate managers, who ensure your program has been canceled. They draft your money anyways!! Even in the hectic time , during a pandemic they still drafted my money, even though I had canceled the program a week ago. It’s been hell dealing with net debt. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company!!!
