GBSeamless process They have been great the entire time. For a person who always pays their bills on time, but knew I was seconds away from drowning and had no other option but to stop paying them was the hardest challenge for me. They assured me this was a seamless process but would take time. I paid as much as I could possibly afford without jeopardizing my livelihood and they handled the rest. They were always in communication, the website was easy to use and understand. I have 2 out of 4 accounts to clear and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you NetDebt!

GBDeceiving Company The estimated time frame they’ll give you until your done with the program is way off from predictions. Then when you cancel your program , speak with two separate managers, who ensure your program has been canceled. They draft your money anyways!! Even in the hectic time , during a pandemic they still drafted my money, even though I had canceled the program a week ago. It’s been hell dealing with net debt. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company!!!

GBI think we need to start a class action… I've since talked to Elizabeth and I'm hoping all my concerns are met. She was very engaged to what I was concerned about, and didn't try to push the blame elsewhere. She explained more than anyone else I've talked to and assured me that my debt would be gone before the end of my contract. She spoke calmly and directly, didn't interrupt me . Great props for Elizabeth.

GBNetDebth should be investigated for… NetDebth should be investigated for scamming people taking money charge for the service that they never provide,I get charged $636.00 and they never contacted one of my creditors for a year, my balance in my account should be $1,789.77 but they are sending me back $1,023.00 , the explanation....we get the charge fee,now I have a judgement against me and the court after my property, Attorney General please do something about it.and for people out there, please stay away from this people because you will end up paying twice your dept while they make money out you period.

GBThe service rep was honest about how my… The service rep was honest about how my credit rating would tank but would improve. It has. My biggest complaint is that my time for making payments has increased twice, so instead if being done on Oct of this year, it was extended to Jan and just recently to April, I think. Didn't get regular updates either however; all this is minor knowing that my credit is improving and my debts are being paid. I am grateful for Netdebt.
