I have not been contacted about whether… I have not been contacted about whether or not my taxes have been filed. I have completed my last payment and still no email or phone in the last month. Is this company in business to help people or what? Please pay my money back if you have not done the work.

Sorry we did this. They will not return my emails. They have a significant amount of my money. All communication from them has stopped. We will be looking for a refund. Unconsciousble treatment and not related to what I was promised. Five days later still no contact. I was promised manager intervention, that hasn't happened. All communication has stopped from their end. This will get a canned response, no fixes. Imagine still no call or no fix, I want my money back!

If I could give this company zero stars… If I could give this company zero stars I would. I paid a lot for their services and they essentially did nothing. The lady I worked with was not helpful and would often forget to send me timely documents that she promised to send. It was a terrible experience and a total waste of money and time.

Absolute worst advocacy imaginable Absolute worst advocacy imaginable. Spent more than five thousand dollars for a few minutes with a "tax advocate" who, in reality, was no more than a shade tree tax preparer who got a kickback from the home office for a few reluctant interactions. As it turned out, she advocated more for the IRS than for me. To add insult to injury, after I paid almost 60k I thought I was finished with the IRS and had my problem solved, I finally get a call from my "advocate" telling me that i still owe 26k. Not a single cent of benefit from this "relationship." A word of advice to anyone considering this service: LOOK ELSEWHERE. I literally did most of the work myself. A good tax lawyer would probably charge less and understand the responsibility that a fiduciary owes to their client. Dear Consumer- YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Try to solve it yourself first! Worked with Money Solvers regarding my 2018 taxes. Once you give them your money, all contact ceases with them. They will not answer phone calls or emails. During the process, I kept providing information that was already given to them. No attention to detail whatsoever! There was no reduction in my tax payment and I seriously and honestly feel that they did not work on my behalf to get one. Now I'm stuck paying them along with my tax bill. If you can, please try to negotiate with the IRS or any agency on your own. Hindsight is 20/20 and if I can save anyone money by not hiring them, then my working with them was well worth it.
