GBso far they have done what they've… so far they have done what they've said. although contact is minimal i'm guessing that is just due to the slow process. they have gone above and beyond as far as financial payments. they are expensive and i hope i get my money's worth. everyone i talk with there is always nice and very helpful, especially my case manager Yesenia.

GBGarbage!@!@ Garbage!@!@! Strung us along for a year always asking us for more money to expedite things. We were contacted by irs for missing information because they submitted year before tax info. Then were told we breached contract cause we contacted irs ourselves. We just answered letter requesting right information. Got more done in one call then they did im a year!!!! Garbage!!!!!

GBI'm a type of person that doesn't trust… I'm a type of person that doesn't trust to many people in business. Employees at Fidelity tax relief are very professional but also down to earth. Curtious, polite, and definitly know their job. Kinda like asking your friend to do your taxes. Someone you can trust to get the job done right, and someone who cares about your tax problems.
