They put a great deal of effort into… They put a great deal of effort into helping their clients. Friendly and good service. But don’t expect to not pay for this service as they charge over and above the original fee to secure their help in order to continue helping you with the IRS.

He's always responded to my emails & text message immediately. He's always explains the situations thoroughly anytime I was confused or didn't understand. Requesting documents I believe requesting a 2:days notice (really just 1 day) to submit documents is a short notice - because the request was to submit documents next day by 8:30 am Pacific time zone, and I live in a central time zone. Meaning - the request was really a 1 day notice.
