Then when you have a claim Tammy took two moths to tell me to go kick rocks kept making excuses kept calling me the wrong name too. Then trying to even communicate was a nightmare my agent even said it’s like they don’t want policies anymore.

GBJames Duncan goes above and beyond Since Branch was a new I was not certain about how smoothly things would go if I was to get into a car accident or if I need anything. Recently I was involved in a car accident, and Branch took care of the other party and me very fast. Unlike other insurance companies that makes you wait before they call you back, Branch is not like that when I called every time they would answer. I have to brag about James Duncan, he sounds like a sweet, genuine, down to earth type of guy, every time I called with a concern he would find out and get back with me within 20 mins the earliest or end of the day at the latest, the way he made me feel in making certain decisions and walking me through the process is one of the major reasons why I will stick with Branch. I hope don’t get into a car accident again but if I do I hope I get James again!

GBVery positive experience The whole process of filing a claim for my car accident was very simple and straightforward. I filed it at night and the next morning an agent was already in contact with me. They requested pictures of the damage to provide a first quote. In a matter of one week I received a check in my mailbox so I could take the car in a body shop to get it repaired. They also helped me to get my deductible paid by the other driver’s insurance because it was his fault (mini tort in Michigan). I received frequent updates from the agent guiding me through the process. The repair shop also claimed with them additional parts for the repair and no problems or delays were reported.

GBReliable support and great communication I had a roof leak and considerable interior damage. The claims adjuster I was assigned, Richard Hoftiezer, was outstanding. He called me an hour or so after I submitted the claim, and he gave me advice and instructions for how to proceed. Talking to him helped me calm down and feel like the problem would be solved. He immediately sent my case over to a managed repair company, he helped me communicate with them, he handled their repair estimate promptly and he answered all my questions. In short, he has was responsive and helpful at every step of the process and he significantly reduced my stress about the situation. I felt that he really cared, and did his job exceptionally well.
