GBHorrible company Horrible company. We went to Brazil for 7 weeks in Jan and February and prior to coming back we contracted Covid. We had to pay a $600 penalty to the airline to get back. We filed a claim with Faye and provided all the documentation they asked for including medical bills. We still have not been reimbursed. Do not go with this company!!

GBit was nice to have peace of mind it was nice to have peace of mind. I did slip and fall on some hard Stone sidewalk I was okay I just iced it and took some Aspirin however it was nice to know that I did have insurance in case I needed it in the Dominican Republic

GBWorking with Faye is easy Working with Faye is easy. The coverage offered is excellent. Fortunately we didn’t need the services this time, we have in the past - that experience was so good we’ll keep using Faye for our future travels
