ZAGood day, Good day, On the 22 April I contacted Oneplan Insurance for assistance with an upgrade . I was so fortunate to have linda nyakonda to assist me.I told her not to speak fast when she us English she did her best in a way she end up using the language that I can understand better . she was so calm and nice to me she Did her best in oder for me to understand everything thing. We need more people like linda who go the extra mile in service delivery. keep it up Linda ❤️❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏

ZADouble debit 😫 I called on 03Feb to apply. In order for cover to start immediately, I needed to make an eft payment on the same day which I did. On 07Feb I was debited for the same amount. I contacted my consultant on 07Feb and arrangements were made for a refund. It's 12Feb and the refund has not come through 🙄 now I have lost my patience and want this resolved asap

ZAI emailed twice regarding a query and… I emailed twice regarding a query and received to reply. This morning, I had time to try and find another method of contact and found your What's App number. I got a quick response from Mapaseka Dinake who was excellent. She sorted out my query quickly and without any fuss. So unusual for an insurance company! Thank you....
