WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH Submitted an invoice for a vet visit which they requested from me, and 6 months later cancelled my insurance and moved to a different country (this was two years ago). Nothing was mentioned when I cancelled that anything was outstanding. Nearly two years later and I have debt collectors contacting me on behalf of Oneplan for a “missing invoice” which was sent to them multiple times (They kept contacting me claiming I hadn’t sent it). They dont respond to my mails to try get this resolved. They claim they have tried to contact me multiple times - I have never received a single email back from any of my responses to them with email chains attached. Absolute shambles of a company. Very quick to hand you over to debt collectors rather than try sort amicably.
