Double debit 😫 I called on 03Feb to apply. In order for cover to start immediately, I needed to make an eft payment on the same day which I did. On 07Feb I was debited for the same amount. I contacted my consultant on 07Feb and arrangements were made for a refund. It's 12Feb and the refund has not come through 🙄 now I have lost my patience and want this resolved asap

Excellent Service Good day, On the 17 April, I contacted Oneplan Insurance for assistance with a refund. I was so fortunate to have Tsepang.m assist me. I kept uploading my POP on the APP but, I kept receiving a response-unable to process. She advised the requirement and also sent me a TEST email so that I just needed to provide the POP onto that email and the issue was rectified. We need more people like Tsepang who go the extra mile in service delivery.

I got a quick response from Mapaseka Dinake who was excellent. She sorted out my query quickly and without any fuss. So unusual for an insurance company! Thank you....
