She took her time to allocate my refund money which was not appearing on my One plan card. As for the calling itself, I pray that this system could be made better. I was so fortunate to have linda nyakonda to assist me.I told her not to speak fast when she us English she did her best in a way she end up using the language that I can understand better . she was so calm and nice to me she Did her best in oder for me to understand everything thing. Excellent Service Good day, On the 17 April, I contacted Oneplan Insurance for assistance with a refund. I was so fortunate to have Tsepang.m assist me. I kept uploading my POP on the APP but, I kept receiving a response-unable to process. She advised the requirement and also sent me a TEST email so that I just needed to provide the POP onto that email and the issue was rectified. We need more people like Tsepang who go the extra mile in service delivery.
