GBWhile my experience is not extensive While my experience is not extensive, I must say that my contact with the reps was and is Plesant and helpful. I did receive too may phone calls to renew my plan way before it was due, but I realize that is just dong business. All in all, it was good.

GBDidn’t receive my id card in the mail When I called to renew my plan I asked about a hard copy member id card and if I could get one. I was told they are now being made in plastic and I would receive one in the mail within about 1 week. I called back after two weeks because I didn’t receive my card and was told by the dental plans rep that the card was never ordered. He then confirmed an order was then placed and I would receive the plastic card in the mail. Representative training is needed on this topic.

GBAlmost 4 Stars It’s better than not having any plan at all. Would give it one more star if renewals did not charge a $20 “processing” fee.

GBI was given a price with a discount but… I was given a price with a discount but I was charged more and discount was never applied. Not sure if I will continue

GBA very good dental option. Very courteous, reasonably priced, provides renewal discounts, accepted by many dentist. Overall, the dental discounts are great. Unless you would need major dental work every year Dental Plan is a better option than dental insurance.
