GBWe have had Dental Plans for many years… We have had Dental Plans for many years and it is a fabulous option for retired people with no dental insurance coverage. We pay only a portion of what cleanings and tooth repair would cost without this plan, and have saved far more than the cost of the plan in dental expenses every year.

GBDidn’t receive my id card in the mail When I called to renew my plan I asked about a hard copy member id card and if I could get one. I was told they are now being made in plastic and I would receive one in the mail within about 1 week. I called back after two weeks because I didn’t receive my card and was told by the dental plans rep that the card was never ordered. He then confirmed an order was then placed and I would receive the plastic card in the mail. Representative training is needed on this topic.

GBKind, professional customer service The agent was very helpful in updating my new subscription right away while I was at my dentist's office outside before I had my procedure. She gave me an option to save by getting a 2 year subscription and was very nice and supportive.

GBVery happy so far! Heidi was my sales rep and she was phenomenal. According to my dentist, I need 7k in dental work. After running all the codes through two separate discount plans, contacting my dentist to find out if they still accepted discount plans, and mailing me a list of dentists, I am really happy. The cost of my work has been discounted down to 4k. Well worth the price and excellent service!
