GBIf i could give this company 0 stars i… If i could give this company 0 stars i would, VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL, RUDE and THIEVES! I tried to start a policy online for some reason it kept giving me an "error" message but charged my account twice! I called SIX TIMES literally only to get through to people who don't know how to do their job! Some random guy was calling me "stupid" for getting my own quote online..... NEVER EVER get a policy unless you want to be scammed and transferred to complete ignorant people all day!

GBCan never access my account Can never access my account. Website never works via mobile or computer, making me have to add a fee for making payment via phone. The price of my policy goes up every six months for the same coverage no extra perks or anything. Meanwhile some people I ask say theirs never increases. Customer services never has a resolution or responds to email but can take a payment.
