GBNew Customer That’s Great2Go! Good2Go is legit! For a completely online operated insurance company their customer service is lovely :) I had a problem with my payment processing and every time I would input for a call back, they called back within 10 minutes! I had the pleasure to speak with Ellyn and simply put she needs a raise! She was very understanding with my issue and patient. She’s a great listener and just makes your BIG issue feel like a small bump in the road. I trusted that she would figure it out, she did :)

GBTerrible customer service and takes… Terrible customer service and takes forever to answer phone. I asked an agent to look into my policy because it was too high and her response was very rude. "You can cancel if you want, there's nothing I can do" wow was my reaction. I uave been a customer for years and all I get was this? Am going ahead to cancel.
