GBTrying to cancel auto renewal Am still on hold after 30mins trying to cancel an auto renewal because I can't seem to do this online. I emailed two days ago to cancel and you sent through my renewed docs a few hours later! This is really shocking practice and not legal. I am well within the cancellation window. I suspect you will make yourselves unavailable for the next few days and my renewal is due to take effect 6 May.

GBDecent insurance Quick and efficient to get a policy via Amazon flex. Safe to say had my policy activated within 10mins and certificate straight away more or less. Would highly recommend. I have had insurance with Zeygo previously and they are a pain in the backside. INSHUR all the way!

GBNo communication After being with Inshur for 4 years I found out what they're really like when I tried to make a claim. The claim has been going on for two and a half years and I still don't know what's going on despite me repeatedly asking because communication is diabolical. AVOID!
