Golf size hail damaged our… Golf size hail damaged our roof-verified by two independent engineers and two roof contractors. Vault refuses to pay the claim. Then cancelled us. We have major damage inside our house now because the roof damage was not repaired and is now leaking inside. Shame on VAULT. Don't believe their hype.

Lost diamond from Linda’s wedding ring. Linda lost the marquis diamond off her wedding ring when our dog jumped on her and dislodged it. It fell into the snow and we never found it. This was 3 years ago. She finally gave up looking for it and we filed a claim with Vault under the jewelry policy where it was listed along with its appraisal.
