GBWe have a water damage loss on 4/2/2023… We have a water damage loss on 4/2/2023 - Vault hired a terrible demo company, so we ended up with a huge mold problem. it is now 12/19/2023. The 2nd demo company has NOT been paid, and the restoration company has NOT been paid. The restoration work is stopped because they aren't getting paid. Estimate was submitted in early August - it's now mid-December and Vault has NOT even reviewed their estimate, or called them to review it. I get promises for updates each week that are pushed to the following week. complete run around

GBLost diamond from Linda’s wedding ring. Linda lost the marquis diamond off her wedding ring when our dog jumped on her and dislodged it. It fell into the snow and we never found it. This was 3 years ago. She finally gave up looking for it and we filed a claim with Vault under the jewelry policy where it was listed along with its appraisal. Vault paid for the new diamond with no problem. Thanks!!! Her ring now looks great!

GBQuick Response Quick response, no hassle…worked to help get the issue addressed. Couldn’t ask for much better. Very disappointed to learn that our coverage will now be dropped as they are exiting the market we are in.
