GBEasy to buy, great support! Recently bought a travel policy. Seamless onboarding and purchase. I've since had a couple of questions via both email and the chat app regarding my policy. Both times I've been responded to quickly with the answer and best way to move forward. Great experience so far!

VNterrible customer support Called to get information (I've never used travel insurance and had a lot of questions) and left a message. I received a response via text a week later saying they had an emergency and were unable to help me. Exact response was "I would suggest you look online for travel insurance. Try a company like Travel Guard."

PTefficient but pricey Making the insurance was really easy but I would expect a brief explanation about what to do incase of... or how exactly the insurance works. the FAQ are not clear enough on those issues. Eventually I didn't need to operate the insurance so I don't know how efficient is the claim process. A bit pricey..
