They then put a stop on that check without notifying me whatsoever (I even double checked my ASPCA account…no notification) and my bank charged me a fee because of it. Waiting for paperwork from my bank so I can submit it to ASPCA and find out why they stopped the check and demand a refund for both the check and the fee my bank took. Pretty disappointed that this happened within my first month of membership with them and with the first check they mailed out to me.

Enrollment was super easy! Enrollment was super easy! I have already filed 2 claims and have received my reimbursement. They offer so much more than the other places we checked and even had added protection for my boy based on his breed he had some additional things covered.

My feelings about The ASPCA Insurance network I am getting more accustomed to using the newer platform. I found it complicated to have to take the bills picture first then upload from the photo site. It seems like it would be easier to take the picture while filling out the claim form but as I said I have figured it out now. There have been some longer waits but I do understand that sometimes you are busier than others but overall I am happy with your service.

Wow! I have two kittens and I purchased pet health insurance for them in case anything ever happens (which I'm hoping it doesn't). I also got preventative care coverage for them, just to help pay for some things. I wasn't expecting them to refund 50% of my vet bill for preventative care (shots, etc). I would definitely look into it if you have a fur baby. You would rather have it and not need it than not have it and really need it to help cover costs for your pet.

So far not so good So far not so good. Even though both mused AND my vet submitted medical records, ASPCA says they haven’t received anything and that they are going to cancel the claim. Log in, and it says right there, the day the records were submitted. Getting extremely frustrated… hopefully soon I can get a reply and update this review. As of right now, I’d say definitely do NOT buy ASPCA Pet Insurance.
