Kitten accident not covered. I purchased this policy, and then my cat had a freak accident before the 14 day grace period was up, so ASPCA refused to cover anything. I realize this is technically in the contract I signed - so I supposed I shouldn't be angry about it. But ASPCA didn't budge at all with helping me with any percentage of the bill. I was trying to do the right thing by having insurance for my pet but it turns out it didn't matter.

The ASPCA has ALWAYS been great - I can't believe I didn't think to look up their offering sooner… The ASPCA has always been a wonderful organization, so when I read that they were the third party provided by my auto insurance, I was thrilled. To further find that they were not only the best deal for the money AND the process of signing up, inputting claims, and getting the ball rolling was so EASY, I couldn't be happier. So far, I could not ask for a more user friendly, easy service with loads of benefits for our newest member of the family. I'm beyond chuffed. Thanks!

NOT worth the money The ap does not let you upload Docs, have to do it online. (Even though Ap has a spot for it, it does not allow the uploads from a phone) I have uploaded my invoice 3 times, and just received a call that I have not uploaded it. My first and only vet appointment was not paid at all. I am most likely canceling both pets coverage!
