GBOur first vet appointment Our first vet appointment paperwork was submitted electronically. I received confirmation very quickly, and our check is on the way. Very simple process.

GBGreat pet insurance!!! I've had ASPCA pet insurance for a long time. It sure feels good knowing that I have a great accident policy in place for my small Chihuahua dog. I like the wellness policy for vaccines and preventative care comes in handy. The claims are settled very fast and I will be staying highly recommend!!!

GBWow! I have two kittens and I purchased pet health insurance for them in case anything ever happens (which I'm hoping it doesn't). I also got preventative care coverage for them, just to help pay for some things. I wasn't expecting them to refund 50% of my vet bill for preventative care (shots, etc). I would definitely look into it if you have a fur baby. You would rather have it and not need it than not have it and really need it to help cover costs for your pet.

GBFair plan that covers many costs for my 2 Rescues I have had ASPCA insurance on my 2 rescues a couple years now. My experience has been that it is best to ask your Vet for Soap notes and medical records to submit with the invoice claim you file for a better outcome. I have had most claims paid and the company is reasonable just lacking communication between customer service and claim reps as I had to keep calling to get information updated. This seems to be a recent issue as it didn’t occur when I first purchased my insurance plans. I like the direct deposit option for reimbursement which expected the process a bit.

GBSo far not so good So far not so good. Even though both mused AND my vet submitted medical records, ASPCA says they haven’t received anything and that they are going to cancel the claim. Log in, and it says right there, the day the records were submitted. Getting extremely frustrated… hopefully soon I can get a reply and update this review. As of right now, I’d say definitely do NOT buy ASPCA Pet Insurance.
