Received first oil change quickly from… Received first oil change quickly from jiffy lube, they called confirm me as a customer I was only there 20 min. Also free of charge there were other minor things I need, I was informed, one critical thing please get better on customers need to speak to a live person. The elderly does not do portals well

The company responded quickly to the… The company responded quickly to the Goodyear technician that gave them the necessary repairs for my air conditioning system needed for me to have cokd A/C . Living on South Florida if you don't have a vehicle that does not have air conditioning you are going to die. I am very glad that I purchased the extended warranty with protect my car. I will be adding my wife's vehicle now since her vehicle does not have extended warranty on it.
