Protect my Car Sucks I've been needing my car repaired since the first of this month. I wouldn't recommend them. They've been dodging us, putting us on hold for hours on the phone, and won't call the shop to ok the repairs trying to make us pay the bill so they won't have to. And we've never missed a payment in 3 years. Terrible customer service

Reimbursement on tire rotation and oil change. Recently got my car’s tire rotation and oil change with the reimbursement option. I wasn’t too sure how it worked but customer service told me that the digital card was my reimbursement and I could use it online within 30 days although the email says it has to be used within 7, and that it can be used multiple times until the balance is $0. That helped a lot to know that for future references.

PMC is great PMC is great! They are quick to approve repairs, within hours, not days. The repair shop is very happy because they were paid immediately. Didn't have to wait weeks, like they do with some companies. Overall I am very pleased and grateful to my insurance company for telling me about PMC.

The company responded quickly to the… The company responded quickly to the Goodyear technician that gave them the necessary repairs for my air conditioning system needed for me to have cokd A/C . Living on South Florida if you don't have a vehicle that does not have air conditioning you are going to die. I am very glad that I purchased the extended warranty with protect my car. I will be adding my wife's vehicle now since her vehicle does not have extended warranty on it. Thank you protect my car for being honest and trustworthy in your business to provide repairs that saved me hundreds of dollars..

Glad partial Glad partial , payment was covered , It would seem to me that along with oil change ,at 60,000 miles that that Tran s oil change and differential oil and spark plug change would be considered preventive maint to be covered , tell me why I’m wrong in my thinking . Since I have’nt had a claim since I’ve had my truck
