Every time I’ve filed a claim it’s quickly approved and I’ve been able to get my device (a MacBook Pro and various iPhones) repaired or replaced without a hiccup. GBFirst Claim with Akko went Excellent I filed my first claim with Akko over a iPhone SE 2020 that was lost in a taxi ride. Provided them the loss information and a police report and they quickly sent me claim money minus deductible to my PayPal account. I definitely will recommend to friends and family who need personal insurance on their personal items.
