GBFirst Claim with Akko went Excellent I filed my first claim with Akko over a iPhone SE 2020 that was lost in a taxi ride. Provided them the loss information and a police report and they quickly sent me claim money minus deductible to my PayPal account. I definitely will recommend to friends and family who need personal insurance on their personal items.

GBAkkos service is incredible Akkos service is incredible. Every time I’ve filed a claim it’s quickly approved and I’ve been able to get my device (a MacBook Pro and various iPhones) repaired or replaced without a hiccup. The customer service team replies to any questions promptly and are always very helpful and courteous. I couldn’t recommend them more! If you have devices you care about, get Akko insurance!

GBLove it I’ve had them for about a year now. Luckily I did. I was robbed on vacation and one item broke. They paid me really fast for my MacBook, iPad and computer monitor. Just like any other place they ask for documentation and proof but if you’re not hiding anything then it’s easy. Also payments and take a few minutes to arrive to my PayPal. I think this has better than asurion. I had them before making the switch
