GB2nd claim done with no complaints This is my 2nd claim done with Akko and I have no complaints overall getting my daughters phone repaired. I found a guy that literally fixed the screen in 15 mins. I submitted the receipt and was reimbursed immediately. It takes a little work on your end but at $9 a month compared to $17 with tmobile, I have no issue taking a pic or 2 and waiting a bit for a reply.

I didn't check my email for days after their responses (even a week one time), and I know most other companies would have closed the case due to lack of response. They did not, and they didn't even pressure me to hurry up or forfeit my claim. I absolutely love this company.

They have good customers service and overall I recommend this company. It only took 12 min to get reimbursed from the repair costs. Quick with little hassle! Products used: Cracked screen repair insurance. I was reimbursed fulling minus the 49.99 deductible.

GBFrom dispair to faith Tbh, I have had a string of bad interactions with many businesses, I was becoming jaded. I signed up for AKKO after doing research beforehand and then purchasing my new phone. I hope my dilligence would be rewarded somehow rather than not. Fast forward 2 months later, my phone was stolen by thieves at a festival who were running an entire operation. Really sad and they should be caught. I put in my claim to AKKO and provided ALL the information I obtained and set myself up for success.
