I hope my dilligence would be rewarded somehow rather than not. Fast forward 2 months later, my phone was stolen by thieves at a festival who were running an entire operation. GBFirst Claim with Akko went Excellent I filed my first claim with Akko over a iPhone SE 2020 that was lost in a taxi ride. Provided them the loss information and a police report and they quickly sent me claim money minus deductible to my PayPal account. I definitely will recommend to friends and family who need personal insurance on their personal items.
