A positive enrollment with a super agent My wife first contacted Blake and got herself enrolled with Humana plan based on his recommendation. I spoked with Blake the next day and also enrolled with Humana though a different plan based on my needs. All in all, Blake was very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Very thankful to have Blake working with us to enrolled. Definitely will recommend him in the future!

No followup. When I initially worked with Jake to navigate an overwhelming Medicare process I was very pleased. This year I needed to make changes to part D because of rising costs to premiums and Rxs. Victoria made recommendation but after a couple weeks never heard back from her. I know folks move on but someone could have taken get place to follow up and contact me. I was declined a couple times and wasn't sure how to proceed on my own so I kept my existing coverage without making changes. No followup almost cost me coverage.
