No followup. When I initially worked with Jake to navigate an overwhelming Medicare process I was very pleased. This year I needed to make changes to part D because of rising costs to premiums and Rxs. Victoria made recommendation but after a couple weeks never heard back from her. I know folks move on but someone could have taken get place to follow up and contact me. I was declined a couple times and wasn't sure how to proceed on my own so I kept my existing coverage without making changes. No followup almost cost me coverage.

Heidi was excellent in providing with the perfect Plan and Provider Heidi was excellent in providing us with the best alternatives to our current Medicare supplement plans. Very informed, friendly and courteous. She was able to quickly access alternative plans/providers to give us a great comparison to our current UHC Plan F. Our goal was savings without giving up any benefits or coverage. Plan F to Plan G was not only an excellent choice, but it saves us almost $2,000/year. Heidi guided us through the application process and worked with on the follow up in getting us approved. Great job!

This outfit has called me a dozen times… This outfit has called me a dozen times in three days and will not stop harassing me even though they say they will remove my number from their list. Do they really think people will give them good references when they have no sense of decency. We recently had a death in the family and do not appreciate the unwanted phone calls and hope they teach their callers to respect the wishes of others.

Top-notch service for years now. Gomedigap has been our go-to place for Medicare Supplements for years. They are always helpful and proactive about getting the least expensive plans for us. They make it easy to change carriers when a change is needed. I recommend them to anyone on Medicare.
