disappointed I have always dealt with go medigap for the past 9 years. My medigap insurance rate was going higher than I preferred to pay so I called to see if there was another insurer with a cheaper rate. He found a company and I was cautioned to choose the rate and plan I wanted so I choose N rather than G. Overnight I changed my mind. When I called back the following day and spoke with the same agent I was told that change would need to go through his supervisor. There was no followup from that point going forward. The insurer refused to switch me from N to G I had to go through your company. I called but no followup and after several days switched to another broker.
