GBMy wife and I were impressed with the service. My wife and I were impressed with the folks that we worked with at GoMedigap (Heidi Conrad and Ebony Jones). They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We selected the same Medigap plan F that we had with another insurance company, but will save over $2,000 dollars per year by switching to another insurance company that has an "A" rating.

GBI could not be happier with the service… I could not be happier with the service I received. Our agent Reginald Morris went out of his way to help us. My husbands policy went through quickly, mine was a little longer but with Reginald’s help my policy was finally approved. If all of your agents was as nice and courteous I commend you on your business. I have never had a customer service representative be as courteous and helpful as Reginald. GBIf You Are On Medicare You Need Additional Coverage….. Leaving my current employer with health coverage was not easy. Everything was there for me. If I had a problem or my prescription was not filled I would go to Employee Benefits, they would make a simple phone call and my problem(s) were gone. I’m thankful that there are understanding people at FIDELCARE. A simple phone call to Customer Service resolved my problem. Thank you.

GBdisappointed I have always dealt with go medigap for the past 9 years. My medigap insurance rate was going higher than I preferred to pay so I called to see if there was another insurer with a cheaper rate. He found a company and I was cautioned to choose the rate and plan I wanted so I choose N rather than G. Overnight I changed my mind. When I called back the following day and spoke with the same agent I was told that change would need to go through his supervisor. There was no followup from that point going forward. The insurer refused to switch me from N to G I had to go through your company. I called but no followup and after several days switched to another broker.
