I could not believe how easy it was to… I could not believe how easy it was to submit the claim. It's important to have you paperwork in order like anything else. The cruise company was very helpful in giving us the correct paperwork to submit . I have always purchased the insurance but first time I used it and it was awesome!!! The payment was received within 24 hours of submitting claim. Remarkable

excellent customer service They were fast and efficent. Customer service was easy to get ahold of and explained the process they even sent me email with link to the documents I needed. the process to file was easy. they were very quick at responding. they did great at communication on status of the claim.

Great results! First time any travel insurance claim was approved for us. Others were always finding loopholes to get out of paying. Not Aon! We will be using them for all our travel insurance needs from now on.

Lack of Help from AON AON and Royal Caribbean should send a copy of the specifics of the insurance. My 16 year old grandson could not go on the trip because he had just got a job. He cancelled 3 weeks before the trip. I filed on the insurance on the boat with the help of an employee of the Royal Caribbean. There was back and forth communication, then nothing. I was even told they didn’t have my reference number. How do you lose that? I am very disappointed with your service and lack of communication.

Great Experience Had to cancel our cruise due to medical AON recovery of funds process was efficient and allowed me to provide medical documentation as needed for a full refund within 30 days. I will definitely provide AON travel insurance on any and all cruises in the future
