Listening is a Valuable Skill The two representatives that I spoke to came across as very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had an idea of what Plan I wanted to change to and why, and they provided support for my idea and eventual decision. The new plan was within my budget and provided more coverage than my old plan. When they said a specific person would contact me within a certain period of time it happened. I wasn't left to track anyone down by phone or email. The reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was that some of the information they needed for the policy required them to read several long-winded questions which were read too fast for me to follow. However, they gladly repeated the questions slower the second time. Overall, I left the encounter feeling valued as a client.

Cole was extremely helpful, courteous and professional and the deciding factor whether to switch from another insurance company to Americo's plan. Medicare Supplement I have had a supplement since 2020 and have been very happy with the policy and the rates. We decided to change my husband's supplement company since his rates had gone up so much. Great Southern has been great, The only thing we haven't heard whether or not my husband's application was approved or not, anxiously waiting. He worked with Nate and was very pleased with his service. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

He help me understand the difference between the program that were available for individuals.
