This company ripped me off for thousands of dollars This company ripped me off for thousands of dollars. I would like to get together with some of their previous clients and hire an Attorney. From reading the reviews I feel I am not the only one that has had problems with this company!

Medicare Supplement I have had a supplement since 2020 and have been very happy with the policy and the rates. We decided to change my husband's supplement company since his rates had gone up so much. Great Southern has been great, The only thing we haven't heard whether or not my husband's application was approved or not, anxiously waiting. He worked with Nate and was very pleased with his service. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have never been treated so nicely by… I have never been treated so nicely by an agent before. Jalisa helped me get my medicare gap policy going extremely fast without waiting and calling back so many times as I have my past experiences with other insurance companies. She is truly a blessing!!

Listening is a Valuable Skill The two representatives that I spoke to came across as very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had an idea of what Plan I wanted to change to and why, and they provided support for my idea and eventual decision. The new plan was within my budget and provided more coverage than my old plan. When they said a specific person would contact me within a certain period of time it happened. I wasn't left to track anyone down by phone or email. The reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was that some of the information they needed for the policy required them to read several long-winded questions which were read too fast for me to follow. However, they gladly repeated the questions slower the second time. Overall, I left the encounter feeling valued as a client.

I dealt with Aaron Howard for both mine… I dealt with Aaron Howard for both mine and my wife's supplement insurance and drug plan for Medicare. Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and never once tried to push a product on me that I did not need or want.
