Biberk not professional I just tried to get a commercial trucking quote from Biberk and after going through all of the rigmarole with the agent on the phone she told me that they could not cover me and would not explain why. They are nothing but a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble.

Not for small business, don't waist your precious time. I have small business and try to get insurance online. I answer all the questions they asked and called biberk to help me to get insurance. After 1 hour answering all the questions, they denied my business. It is not for small business; they just want big fish. Aware if you have less turnover or 1-2 employees, this people don't care.

Nothing I had a hard time understanding how the company is operating. I don’t understand the company wasn’t able to to add the drivers names on the insurance card.

Beware Big Company No Concern for Small Business Purchased the insurance from BiBerk let them know I needed an additional insured added and a simple statement place under description of operations took hours to get the additional insured added they failed to put the statement under description of operations spent over 2 hours on 4 separate phone calls explaining what I needed done. They sent over another COI without the statement needed to secure the business license spent 44 minutes on the phone to be told they could do it but it would take 2 to 3 business days to take care of it. That delay is resulting in an additional week or more to secure the business license . Unfortunately we paid the full year up front so we will be changing to an insurance company that is not so big and that employs enough people to handle a simple request in a timely manner. They said that was the policy and no one could do anything to expedite the process. Beware I would never recommend them to anyone. If they would have done as asked the first time there would have been no problem. They made the mistake and really didn’t care if it held up our business license.
