Dont believe positive reviews i rarely do reviews but this company and customer service is terrible. It takes weeks and multiple follow ups to get one reply and when they do reply it is useless. Don't believe there reviews as most are done by people with only 1 and 2 reviews signaling bots. Look at any other rating site they are terrible

Not for small business, don't waist your precious time. I have small business and try to get insurance online. I answer all the questions they asked and called biberk to help me to get insurance. After 1 hour answering all the questions, they denied my business. It is not for small business; they just want big fish. Aware if you have less turnover or 1-2 employees, this people don't care.
