GBNot for small business, don't waist your precious time. I have small business and try to get insurance online. I answer all the questions they asked and called biberk to help me to get insurance. After 1 hour answering all the questions, they denied my business. It is not for small business; they just want big fish. Aware if you have less turnover or 1-2 employees, this people don't care.

GBI purchased insurance from Viber a week… I purchased insurance from biberk a week and a half ago. I got Workmen's Comp. general liability commercial auto in an umbrella policy. I'm going on six days now trying to get endorsement on my general liability so I don't lose a contract I keep getting but on the website, it says maximum three days to get your endorsements, I'm gonna lose the contract. Absolutely nobody cares. I've been transferred to God knows how many people and I'm on 37 emails back-and-forth can't get a manager on the phone. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.

GBBiberk not professional I just tried to get a commercial trucking quote from Biberk and after going through all of the rigmarole with the agent on the phone she told me that they could not cover me and would not explain why. They are nothing but a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble.
