While I was focused on my own recovery, Velosurance quickly processed the claim, allowing me to return to cycling without any hassle. Their initial sign up was easy and their pricing was better than I could do through my homeowners or any other provider. The people I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. I absolutely could not be more pleased I absolutely could not be more pleased, unless, of course, if Hurricane Ian never happened! I emailed as soon as I was informed of the extent of damage at my Florida home and got a call back on the weekend following the event. I had my check in hand the week after the hurricane. Never in my life have I experienced such wonderful service with no hassles and caring people! I'm not sure about anything right now, including whether or when I'll replace the bike, but I'm 100% sure where I'll get my insurance for a new bike!
