Cyclist happy with claims process I was extremely satisfied when I had to file a claim for an accident that damaged my bike frame. After submitting the bike shops report and estimate, a check arrived in the mail within a few days. I also appreciate having roadside service available. They clearly are an honest and reputable company.

Run by complete a-holes. This company sends me constant unsolicited spam emails, when I finally told them to f*** off, someone named Dave Williams emails me pretending to be so offended by my language. Within minutes, I'm getting hit with spam calls/emails from places I've never seen before. Fairly certain this Dave Williams submitted my info to spammy web forms to "get back at me" for having the gall to tell them to stop emailing me. Total d-bags Edit: I stand by my original comments.

I got Velosurance insurance for my new Aventon bike. I got Velosurance insurance for my new Aventon ebike because I was concerned about theft. About a month later, I crashed the bike and needed extensive repairs. Filing a claim with Velosurance was quick and easy and they reimbursed me promptly when the repairs were done.
