Christopher was very helpful on the… Christopher was very helpful on the phone. He listened as to why I believed they made a mistake on my latest check back for my Ferret’s Dr. Bill. He explained why. I needed more information from that particular Ophthalmologist like I received before. I understood and he’s going to fix it. TY Christopher. Lorrie

Have been insured 28 years Have been insured 28 years . Was treated like royalty with VPI then Nationwide acquired VPI, the transition was seem less! Same expedient/professional service. Through the years we’ve endured Hip replacement surgery, & literally everything in between. Nationwide has been a life saver. As with any insurance, If you have the proper coverage you will be taken care of. I’m truly grateful we have this amazing coverage as we move forward into Chantilly’s senior years! Thank you Nationwide!❤️🐕

Pets are family My family has been with Nationwide Pet Insurance for over 20 years. Because of this insurance we have never had to say the word no to our trusted vets. When we seek veterinary care we look for the best in the field. Our pets are family and because of Nationwide we can give them the best life possible.

Very angry Very angry. Nationwide is covering basically none of the $700 in claims I submitted because they say something is a “preexisting condition”. Why do I pay for unlimited coverage to get nothing reimbursed. If I could find similar coverage elsewhere for the same price, I’d be leaving asap.
