GBI found them extremely useful… I found them extremely useful especially as I changed from part time with no premises to full time with a unit all just a couple of days before my renewal date. They would have got 5 stars if they hadn't over charged me £30 for no apparent reason

GBBusiness Acumem In this keen value for money I expected my broker to sort out best quote as they charge £150 for arranging a simple renewal!! However I was very unhappy with the posted quote that I phoned them to express my dissatisfaction of the high quote £300 more than last year and £150 arrange fee when I have paid £50max for many years!! After 25 mins or so going through verbally on my phone expense all the details they had correct on file it miraculously came to a sensible price and took £50 off my arrangement me. Its a shame I can't counter invoice my fees that costs me time expense stress & frustration!!

GBI switched broker earlier in the year… I switched broker earlier in the year to Bollington's and so far I have not been disappointed. I deal with a few people at Bollingtons (Wayne, Nicola, Ian and Jonathan) to name a few and they are all brilliant. The burden of multiple business policies with staggered renewals is always a challenge but they are helping lighten the burden of this and they are a really patient and friendly group. No hesitation in recommending them, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

GBPretty disappointed with my recent… Pretty disappointed with my recent renewal experience. Firstly I was sent another customers policy docs by mistake and when I pointed it out I just got an email with no text sending me a bunch of attachments with no explanation. Then on completing renewal had a couple of changes to policy wording and have emailed twice and no reply as of yet. I’ve paid my premium for the year so feel a bit disregarded. Apart from that no major complaints- not had to claim or anything yet.
