Ten days before our departure, my husband was diagnosed with a medical condition that made traveling impossible. We submitted all the required paperwork and waited. Honestly, we expected to have to fight to have the policy pay for our non-refundable trip expenses. Two weeks later, we have received an email saying or claim was accepted. We are so relieved. Highly recommend!

GBStraightforward Travel Insurance This is my second purchase of travel insurance from Generali. The website is simple and easy to navigate. One suggestion: the optional rental car insurance should be selectable, not assumed to match the entire vacation time. Also, the traveler's ages may increment between the insurance purchase date and the planned travel date.

GBOne month processing I bought Generali insurance offered through flight network... I have a month tomorrow since I submit a claim and nothing happened.Years ago I had a claim with other insurer and they processed in less than a week directly PayPal...well day 31 they processed more likely due to this review.
