Original cover read well Happy with everything else, but the policy when \I was looking was to cover Covid, however, when purchased & printed, the same print stated that it wasn't. Although I only visit family I will always take out insurance, even though I have never made a claim. Peace of mind is what I always look for & insurance that does what it originally says. As luck has it ,I still didn't need it.

On claim day they desert customers Wriggled out of my claim on some bull-crap about the fcdo advised against me traveling ? So why take my insurance payment wait until i got stranded in brazil by the airlines only to tell me ooh by the way your not insured ? Dirty scum suckers they will leave you worse than john rambo's government in the jungle ha ha . But seriously they have left me in the crap .do not trust these scum with your life or valuables because they will refund your insurance payment & tell there customers bon voyage !!! F$ck u

Excellent, efficient service. After the initial excellent service,I needed to add my partner to the policy. The woman who did this for me was efficient, patient & understanding. We are both pensioners. However I had to wait for almost an hour for my call to be answered.
