Original cover read well Happy with everything else, but the policy when \I was looking was to cover Covid, however, when purchased & printed, the same print stated that it wasn't. Although I only visit family I will always take out insurance, even though I have never made a claim. Peace of mind is what I always look for & insurance that does what it originally says. As luck has it ,I still didn't need it.

The trip was cancelled and it had only been 13 days since I paid for the insurance, I contacted them and they took a day to reply. They advised me that because it was outside of the 14 days I couldn't get a refund, even though I emailed within the 14 days. Luckily in the UK we have something called the postal rule so I'm currently in the process of suing them. Bare this in mind when using them, they seem like an extremely fraudulent company. Update: They've asked me to contact them which I won't be doing as I've already tried that multiple times, strange that once a review is written they jump on it. Trustpilot allows you to request my phone number, if you want it you can do that.

Good, but watch T&Cs Good tool for building your policy from scratch and adding add-ons. There is an add-on for everything, which suggests the basic policy covers almost nothing.. Last year renewal happened without asking me for confirmation. This year renewal was 60% more expensive and had add-ons I didnt remember choosing, so I build a new policy again that only reflects my needs. It does feel like upselling a lot of time. Havent made any claims yet so cant tell how that works.

Good experience Agent was very good and this was the only company who would insure me with an "open" investigation. Main problem was trying to open the account to retrieve quotations as the awaited link to do so never arrived (email/text). Office eventually sorted it but it was a bit of a hassle. Price was around the same as other insurance companies for someone with preconditions and aged 70. Hope I will not have to claim but will be interesting to see how they perform should that happen.

I hope I don't have to claim on this policy! Easy to purchase. However no documents recieved through post although I'm sure I selected this option. The emergency medical phone number should be readily available on all documents, especially the policy schedule (downloaded) but it wasn't! Had to Google for number. Hope I never have to contact or claim.
