Slimy Champion Car Warranty...Crap! Do not buy into this company! Everything you read is correct and when you see a reply or positive post it means its fake. I'm being burned by Jack Taylor and his crew as we speak. They will not answer calls or emails and whoever owns this company is the slimiest of the human race.

I have been trying to reach someone… I have been trying to reach someone since December 2023. Each time I call there is no answer and the call automatically disconnects. This is a fraudulent company that has deceived many consumers.

Great company I bought a Champion policy in May for my Maserati Ghibli and spoke to Kyle, who was very helpful and came up with a policy that would fit my needs. Back in July I noticed my car started to jerk when I'd step on the gas. Brought it into the mechanic and he told me it needed a total transmission replacement. I was so glad I had this policy then, Champion paid the full price on the repair. They've been completely professional and punctual with my every request and I'd recommend them to anyone needing an extended warranty.

Easy and fast claims process I've had a policy with Champion since last year on my Hummer. Luckily, it's a pretty reliable car and only a few years old so I haven't needed to use this policy till recently. Anyway, recently the engine started overheating, so I took it in to be serviced. The mechanic advised me the issues stemmed from oil leaks and the head gasket had to be replaced. It was a huge expense, but I had him send the estimate to Champion. My claims agent (I believe his name was Jack Taylor) got it approved the next day and he paid the mechanic directly once the job was done. I'm very satisfied with the coverage and service I've received thus far, and would recommend this company.

Communicative and helpful I have a policy with them both on my car and motorcycle. Been with them about a year now. They recently covered my claim on the differential for my car. From start to finish the claim got paid by them and I was on the road again within a day of when I brought it into the dealership. I appreciated their prompt communication
