Paid out for my engine mount replacement I purchased a policy from Champion back in December, and I'm so glad I did. My car started having issues, so I brought it into the shop. Turned out it had a faulty engine mount that needed replacement. The shop spoke with Jack Taylor at Champion, who authorized the claim the same day. They saved me the considerable expense of the engine mount replacement and were very helpful and professional. I'm very impressed by the service I received, and would definitely recommend Champion.

BEWARE DON"T fall in to their sale… BEWARE DON"T fall in to their sale pitch. I bought Gold tier level and pay in full for deep discount, took me 5 months to used the voucher for vehicle maintenance and submit the claim for it. No response about the claim since February 1 st so I try to call since April1st the line will pick up put you on hold and then drop. Email them every day.... no response. From what I read the other reviews, look like they might be out of business or still trying to correct the money as much as possible. I am filed complaint with FTC and FBI.

The sales people at Champion are beyond… The sales people at Champion are beyond understanding and helpful. I purchased a plan from the on June 26 2023. A month later, I had an urgent family matter come up and was strapped for cash. I called and spoke with Jack Taylor. I explained the situation and Jack was super sympathetic and immediately gave me a full refund back to my card.once I get back on my feet financially I'll definitely be giving then a call to purchase my policy.

Biggest scam and immoral crooks This is not a company it's is an illegal criminal enterprise . None of these positive views are real. I have instructed my bank to stop making payments to them they are crooks. I made a claim on April 2 they did not respond to my repair shop . They called them hourly and never got through, I did the same you just get put on voice-mail and then hung up on. I Will also be making a complaint with authorities including the ag in colorado these people need to go to jail for fraud

Slimy Champion Car Warranty...Crap! Do not buy into this company! Everything you read is correct and when you see a reply or positive post it means its fake. I'm being burned by Jack Taylor and his crew as we speak. They will not answer calls or emails and whoever owns this company is the slimiest of the human race.
