Absolutely fantastic company Absolutely fantastic company, honestly couldn’t say enough good things about them, I wish I wasn’t leaving this review as it means my much loved dogs was unwell but sadly these things happen, petplan was there for me, the bill was no small amount either but it was paid in full without any hassle at all! They are fantastic and I wouldn’t be without it now.

Will find any excuse to charge you excesses I paid £30 - £40 per month for 5 years for pet insurance for rabbits and I wish I had just put it in a savings account as my rabbit developed a skin condition in 2021 and I visited the vet 4 separate occasions for treatment and Petplan found every reason to charge me an excess each time. If you use this company make sure you really understand the policy and what wording your vet or you use for each claim. A waste of nearly £3k :-( I wont make the mistake again.

Terrible Customer Service Great unless you have to deal with customer service... Forget getting service. Terrible!! If your lucky you might get one out of several who actually does their job and provides customer service. But they give you an answer that doesn't help then disconnect you from the chat without being able to respond.

My insurance premiums have risen… My insurance premiums have risen excessively (over £200 this year alone (never claimed in 5 years) won’t budge on premiums so I informed them that I would not be renewing the policy when it was up in a few weeks time. Will be putting any savings made in our new policy into a savings account for any potential vets fees.

My personal experience with Fetch (PetPlan) and in particular with Joe (Joseph Prater Member Experience Associate) was AMAZING. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful!
