GBSave your money Save your money. Despite spending $1200.00 per year for insurance, Petplan finds a way to deny submitted claims. Recently submitted multiple claims for an ailment documented by my vet as unrelated to any previous condition. Petplan decided the ailment was a pre-condition and denied the claim. Asked the supervisor Don to kindly speak with my vet for a clearer explanation…obnoxiously declined. Found plan to be obstructive and self serving.

CAToo bad I cannot give more than five stars! Too bad I cannot give more than five stars!!! My personal experience with Fetch (PetPlan) and in particular with Joe (Joseph Prater Member Experience Associate) was AMAZING. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Joe provided me with all necessary information and helped to submit my claim online. The whole process was very easy with Joe's help! Highly recommend! M. Y. (Dad to Bonya - 2 1/2 year old cat)

GBWe have a puppy that has allergies We have a puppy that has allergies. So we took her to the Vet and he gave her a shot and prescription to treat the problem. Petplan Pet Insurance spends more time avoiding the claim and keeps requesting more and more ridiculous records. This is NOT the first pet that we had insured, so will be cancelling our insurance and going elsewhere.

CATerrible Customer Service Great unless you have to deal with customer service... Forget getting service. Terrible!! If your lucky you might get one out of several who actually does their job and provides customer service. But they give you an answer that doesn't help then disconnect you from the chat without being able to respond.

GBThank you, Stacy, for your assistance Thank you for your assistance, Stacy! Who knew getting my dog’s records would almost be as complex as my own? Today, finally, Stacy said she’d intervene and request those forms on my behalf so that our claims could be processed. 🤞🏾I appreciated Stacy’s patience and kindness. Please thank her for me.
